The 210-unit, four-story senior housing building underwent an extensive interior and exterior rehabilitation in 2020. The renovation included the installation of new heating/air conditioning units, window replacements, and kitchen and bath updates (new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and plumbing fixtures, and new stainless-steel energy-efficient appliances). Exterior updates included the installation of a new serenity pool with landscape and site improvements to the leasing office, fitness center, and community room.
